2015 – Present – Pearson
Pearson Education Services Private Limited – Senior Agile Business Analyst
– Responsible for product backlog. Creation of user stories and prioritization according to functionality, business value and market strategy. Conducted User Acceptance Testing and other Quality Assurance activities. Champion of Agile for team members and organization.
2014- 2015 California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)– Requirements Management Training for over 120 systems and business analysts that support the Information Systems Department. Solutions Analysis and Recommendations on adoption of Requirements Management Tool.
2012 -2013– AT&T: Lead Process Analyst
– Responsible for the development of processes and related training on risk and quality for sourcing data projects. Manage road map implementation focused on Revenue Applications with the goal of standardizing enterprise data into a consolidated data warehouse for Business Intelligence reporting
2009- USAA: Auto Circle Program– Members Review Site for Auto Events Project – Provide Business Management Support on Requirements elicitation from Stakeholders, Process Documentation and overall Business Case and Project management and development team support. Vendors Management on project to provide infrastructure
2007 – Verizon Communications:
Re-engineer current process to use current format for Marketing Requirements documents (in MS Word) while leveraging IBM’s Requisite Pro’s management and trace ability features to eliminate duplicate data entry and enforce data integrity especially on cross platform (converged projects).
2006 – USAA:Provision of Business Manager Services to USAA to build an Enterprise Call Assistant reducing misdirectedcalls from members to Service Reps saving the company over $10 million in its first 2 years of implementation.
2005 – AT&T Wireless (Cingular): Lead Requirements Analyst
– develop system use-cases & define “release plan 2005” for new middle-ware fallout (exceptions) support application to eliminate loss in Sales from delays in processing fallout from almost 27 million new client activation's that year and retaining market share.
