Our principal consultant, Mr. Richard Namme
is a Senior Management Consultant with cross-industry US Fortune 100 company experience working on technology and non-technology related initiatives. The principal consultant specializes in providing project and program management level support in the areas of; requirements development & management training, system design, process documentation, quality assurance and executive level and stakeholder reporting. His role also ensures that the project issues are reported in a timely manner along with resolution recommendations from the stakeholders of the project team. His role involves engaging with key stakeholders including executive sponsors to ensure timelines and budget goals are realized.
Since 1999, and after establishing the consulting arm of C2A Group Services in 2006, Mr. Namme has worked on several multi-million dollar Business Process Improvement initiatives as a senior business analyst for companies like: Household International, Ernst & Young Application Services, Verizon Communication, AT&T, USAA. His experience also included a brief but challenging “work abroad” engagement as a Business Development Director and Interim CIO of a $15+Million remote-publishing company, in West Africa.
More recently (2014/5), Richard worked in a principal consulting role for the State of California DMV (the largest DMV in the US, which provides services to over 30 million motorists and residents) in re-evaluating their current requirements development processes to align with the states Strategic IT objectives to comply with State mandates or legislative requirements. Specifically, this involved outlining a Project Plan within the scope of the Statement of Work (SOW) presented; Performing a thorough analysis on the current challenges faced by the IT team and its stakeholders; Leveraging Industry best practices to create a solution which implements new standards for repeatable processes across the main IT teams, as requirements are gathered for on-going and maintenance projects. In this role, Richard was responsible for developing a Software Requirements Development curriculum and for training over 100 business and systems analysts at the CA-DMV.
He is also trained in the Information Security areas of IT Governance, Information Technology (IT) System Audits and the Protection of Information Assets (ISACA)and is also getting certified as an International Institute Business Analyst Professional (IIBA). He holds graduate degrees in Economics and Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University and the University of Essex – England, respectively and serves as a director on the advisory board of 2 companies.
Dr. Emmanuel Agu
– A director of the company, sits on the advisory board on business development initiatives. He provides research related support to clients on Mobile computing and Wireless Network projects.
Dr. Agu specializes in helping clients architect and build mobile apps for smartphones across all industries. His expertise also involves advising clients on how best to leverage Graphics Computing Units (GPUs) to speed up compute-intensive applications and in most areas of computer graphics, wireless networking and mobile computing.
Dr Agu is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Dr. Joe Sanchez
– A high level consultant to the company is a Psychologist/Technologist with 28 years experience in Business, Education & Technology. Dr. Sanchez’s expertise is with creating an ideal user experience for web-based, dynamic & interactive Applications. He has built scalable custom solutions for Intelligence in the Business & Education field with a focus on Psychology based technology that enhances Personnel Efficiency and Success in the work place.
Dr. Sanchez plays a role in successfully profiling candidates for our executive recruiting program. He is also a senior adviser for Training & Education on Personnel Persistence & Turnover Management. Dr. Sanchez has several years of extensive research and training for Workplace Stress Management, Personnel Wellness Management, Multi or cross Cultural Training and Program Evaluation. Dr. Sanchez received his Ph.D from Texas A&M University, College Station and has been awarded several National Awards for Organizational Development (NISOD) and for Distinguished Teaching.
